Corporate Social Responsibility at Alliance University has been a process of understanding the needs of the communities and responding to them appropriately in alignment with the UN Millennium Development Goals. The Goals broadly define eradication of poverty and hunger, achieving universal primary education, reducing child and infant mortality, environment stability and global partnerships, and gender equality without any discrimination. Over the years, Alliance University under the aegis of the School of Business has been actively addressing the above issues by working with local communities to create a social impact in rural areas located around the University.
