We are pleased to introduce the Alliance Journal of Intellectual Property Law (AJIPL), a flagship initiative of Alliance Centre for Intellectual Property Rights (ACIPR), Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru. AJIPL is an open access, double blind peer-reviewed journal assuring the best quality of scholarship in Intellectual Property Laws.

Our publication provides a forum for academicians, IP scholars, and practitioners from all over the world to share their insights and research findings. AJIPL aspires to promote awareness and knowledge of Intellectual Property Law by cultivating an academically excellent environment. AJIPL invites contributions from many areas of Intellectual Property Law including patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other related arenas, as part of its dedication to intellectual rigour and innovation. We value interdisciplinary methods and work that investigates the dynamic confluence of intellectual property and diverse fields such as technology, arts, business, and policy.

The AJIPL editorial board is constituted of known professionals in the discipline who shall carefully analyse each contribution to guarantee that the highest academic standards are fulfilled. Our double-blind peer-review procedure ensures objectivity and fosters a fair and productive discussion between authors and reviewers.

Our vision is to provide a platform to unique and unpublished research work from researchers, academicians, and professionals to share their findings with a worldwide audience while also contributing to the growth of Intellectual Property Law studies. AJIPL aims at fostering the intellectual community enthusiastic to explore the limits of intellectual property law and its influence in future.
