Overview
At Alliance, we’ve bridged the gaps and brought down the silos between business management and technology and thus MBA Digital Transformation programme has been created specifically in the context of accepting, understanding, and adapting the new reality of businesses governed by cutting edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Machine Learning, Robotics, 3D Printing, Augmented, and Virtual Reality. The programme is envisaging to nurture talent that will be equipped with knowledge, skills, and expertise to lead the digital revolution that is shaping a new reality in businesses across industries.
The course curriculum is designed to foster progressive experiential learning of industry and business relevance as well as of the social implications enabling students with the necessary skills to drive businesses of the future. Students get exposed to extensive lab facilities (IoT Lab, Robotics and AR/VR Equipment with PTC, Hyrel 3D, IoT Kit) set up by the hi-tech companies of the consortium within the University premises.
This programme helps learners develop capacities to drive technological strategies, digital transformation and technology-based innovation. It lays a strong foundation in cutting-edge technologies and analytical tools, including Cloud Computing, the Internet of Things (loT), Artificial Intelligence, Augmented Reality/Virtual Reality, and Big Data Analytics in Digital Innovation.

Eligibility
Applicants must possess a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% (45% for SC / ST candidates) in aggregate and must have qualified in any of the national-level management aptitude tests or Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks aggregate.
A relaxation of 5% marks or its equivalent grade may be allowed for those belonging to SC / ST.
For MBA, Alliance School of Business will accept any one of the national-level management aptitude tests or Alliance Management Aptitude Test (AMAT).

Industry-Academia Faculty Profiles

Dr. Sarit Maitra, Professor, Alliance School of Business.
Dr. Sarit is a Ph.D. in Information Technology from Universiti Teknologi Petronas, Malaysia. He is an accomplished Data Analytics and Data Science professional. having more than two decades of industry experience in big data, cloud computing, and machine learning. He has served a number of organizations both in India and abroad predominantly as business analytics and data science consultant.

Dr. Maitreyee Das holds a Ph.D. in Management from Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi, an MBA in IT and Systems from ICFAI and a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. She comes with vast industry and academic experience.

Dr. George Easaw is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Govt. College of Engineering, Trivandrum in 1986. PG degree in Industrial Engineering from the Govt. College of Engineering, Goa. He has received his Ph.D. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from IIT Bombay and defended his thesis in the area of optimization and analysis of performance measures in multi echelon supply chains. Dr. Easaw is very enthusiastic in maintaining strong linkages with the industry. He takes interest in organizing and conducting industry workshops on various Industrial Engineering and Operations Management topics for the industry practitioners.
