Overview

The Executive PGDM in Digital Supply Chain Management programme is designed to provide working professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the role of digital technology in supply chain management. The programme is designed to equip students with the skills necessary to manage supply chains in an era of digital transformation.

The curriculum of the programme covers a wide range of topics related to digital supply chain management, including digital logistics, e-procurement, inventory management, supply chain analytics, and demand planning. The programme is structured to provide students with a deep understanding of the concepts and tools used in digital supply chain management. The programme is delivered through a combination of live lectures, case studies, simulations, and group discussions. Students are encouraged to participate actively in the programme and to apply the concepts and tools they learn to real-world situations.

Upon completion of the programme, students will have acquired the knowledge and skills necessary to manage complex supply chains in a digital environment. Graduates of the programme are equipped to assume leadership roles in supply chain management, logistics, operations, and procurement in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing, retail, and e-commerce.

PROGRAMME OBJECTIVES

  • Develop students' analytical and problem-solving skills to enable them to manage complex supply chain operations effectively.
