A Post-Doctoral fellowship enables researchers to explore a specialized area of expertise in greater depth, guided by experienced mentors who foster intellectual growth and innovation. It also provides opportunities to build connections with fellow researchers, institutions, and industries, broadening professional networks and unlocking potential career pathways.
The Centre for Research of Alliance University has been established to oversee the doctoral program and promote quality research through various Centre of Excellence (COEs) and publications. The Centre for Research will be the nodal research center for Alliance University and will be committed to facilitate and promote all academic research related activities. The Centre seeks to focus on providing a platform to Researchers and Academicians for thought provoking research on new and emerging fields and revolves around advancing knowledge and innovation within specific fields or interdisciplinary areas.

Dr. Jyotishkumar Parameswaranpillai, ranked among the world’s top 2% scientists by Stanford University and Elsevier (2021–2024), has published 175 articles, edited 40 books, authored 100 book chapters, and holds 1 submitted patent with 3 pending. He has research experience at institutions like the University of Potsdam, Germany, Leibniz Institute of Polymer Research, Germany, and Catholic University of Leuven, and holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Technology from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala. His research focuses on polymer nanocomposites, biopolymers, antimicrobial films, and green composites. She earned her M.Phil. from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Ph.D. from Visvesvaraya Technological University, Belgaum, for her dissertation on “An Omnibus of Graph Operators on Topological Indices.” Dr. Arcot has presented her research at several national and international conferences, including topics on topological indices, graph operators, and their applications in fields such as human lung alveoli and phenylene structures. He has published widely in international journals and co-authored a book chapter on time-to-event data modeling. Prior to joining Alliance University, Dr. Sen taught at Pondicherry University and worked in biostatistics at Malabar Cancer Centre. He is a life member of several professional bodies, including the Indian Science Congress and the Calcutta Statistical Association.

Dr. Itapu holds several patents, including one on Sn whisker mitigation using NiO sublayers. He has worked as a researcher and academic in leading institutions and co-led an IoT-based smart energy systems project with ECIL Hyderabad. He has published extensively in top journals like Combustion and Flame, Acta Astronautica, and Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets. Dr. Hashim has received numerous accolades, including the Best Researcher Award 2021 and Best Publication Award from IIT Kharagpur.
