Alliance University signed Oracle Workforce Development Program (WDP) Agreement with Oracle India Private Limited. The program will enable students to take up various Oracle Certifications through experience and certified trainers. The program is geared towards driving learning in market relevant areas for industry-ready skill development. The program aims to upskill students to the cloud, put their learning to practice, and future-proof their careers.

The certifications from Oracle through WDP will equip students of Alliance College of Engineering and Design for the present demand and future skills enhancement in the field of technology (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Artificial Intelligence, Java in Oracle Cloud, IOT, and Machine Learning). Names of the certified students will be listed on the Oracle University website for potential career opportunities.

Dr. Samir Ranjan, Associate Pro-Vice Chancellor (Academics & Research) and Alliance University along with Dr. Reeba Korah, Professor & Interim Dean, Alliance College of Engineering and Design were part of the agreement signing. Mr. Bejoy, Sales Head, India Tech & Skill Development represented Oracle India Private Limited for initiation of the collaboration.
