Alliance College of Engineering and Design, Alliance University had the privilege of participating in the Times of India's Mission Admission 2023 initiative on 17th June, which kicked off with great enthusiasm as students and parents gathered at the prestigious JN Tata Auditorium in the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) campus. The day-long event aimed to provide comprehensive guidance and insights into post-12th grade options, admission processes, career scopes, and more. One of the prominent sessions, titled "The future of engineering – Evolving engineering streams," brought together esteemed panelists to shed light on the latest trends in the field.

Moderated by Prof. S Sadagopan, Former Director of IIIT-Bangalore, the session delved into the evolving landscape of engineering streams, specifically focusing on computer science and electronics disciplines with specializations in AI, ML, Data Science, and other emerging areas. The inaugural event commenced at 10:30 am with the esteemed presence of Sri. S.R. Umashankar, I.A.S., Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Higher Education Department, as the Guest of Honour.
