The Alliance School of Liberal Arts' Global Leaders' Alliance Fellowship Programme was chosen as a finalist for the prestigious 'THE Awards Asia 2023'. Specifically recognized in the 'International Strategy of the Year' category, the fellowship programme stood out among eight esteemed programmes from the continent. This recognition was a testament to the programme's commendable efforts in internationalizing educational initiatives in Asia, reflecting its commitment to fostering global engagement and collaboration.

These awards were established to honour exceptional institutional achievements and to acknowledge the remarkable diversity of excellence in higher education across the continent. The declaration of the awards took place during THE Asia Universities Summit, held at the Chinese University of Hong Kong from June 21st to 23rd. This three-day event recognized the dedicated efforts of institutions that have contributed to the remarkable growth of Asian universities, marking a significant milestone in the recent history of higher education.

The summit gathered more than 500 participants from various regions across the continent. Attendees actively participated in lectures, panel discussions, and networking sessions, engaging in insightful conversations on a wide array of topics. These discussions spanned from pressing global issues like climate change to exploring post-pandemic opportunities and embracing the transformative power of AI-driven technologies in the education sector.
