The Office of Career Advancement and Networking at Alliance University organized a Mock Group discussion and Personal Interview Session for MBA students from the batch of January 2023–25. The event aimed to enhance students' interview preparedness and provide practical exposure to real-time corporate interview scenarios.

Collaboration with Eleven Corporations

Eleven corporations from various specializations participated in the event. These corporations conducted real-time interviews with students from different specializations, evaluating their readiness for the job market. The interviews focused on group discussion and domain knowledge, with each student being assessed on multiple parameters.

Comprehensive Assessment and Feedback

The corporations awarded scores based on the students' performance and declared the results post-assessment. Additionally, individual feedback was provided to each student, highlighting areas for improvement and offering tips on how to perform well during actual interviews.
