Symphony of Innovation Marketrix Showcases Entrepreneurial Skills at Alliance School of Business

The Marketrix Marketing Club at the Alliance School of Business hosted an event titled 'Symphony of Innovation,' designed to highlight and nurture business and entrepreneurial skills among students. This event extended in two distinct phases: the initial idea screening, where preliminary concepts were reviewed, and the subsequent business plan launch, where selected ideas were elaborated upon and presented in detail. The event provided a platform for students to showcase their innovative concepts and receive constructive feedback from industry experts.
Guidance and Mentorship
The event received valuable guidance from prominent industry figures, including Mr. Avinash Mysore Nagraj, the Engagement Partner at Aera Technology, and Dr. Mrinmoy Bhattacharjee, Chair of the Marketing Department at the Alliance School of Business. Their presence ensured a high level of mentorship and support, fostering an environment conducive to learning and collaboration. The experts’ insights and feedback were instrumental in shaping the participants' ideas and business plans.
Competition and Teams
The competition was robust, featuring six teams that presented a variety of business ideas across different sectors. The participating teams were Three Marketers, Simplicity, Illuminators, Sakura Kumo Chefs, Innovators, and Ecolush. These teams proposed innovative solutions and concepts in areas such as Food and Hospitality, Digital Commerce, Tech-Wearable Accessories, and more. The diversity of ideas showcased the wide-ranging interests and entrepreneurial spirit of the participants.
In the final phase, four teams advanced to present their refined business plans. These teams were Three Marketeers, including Angelina Elizabeth Joy and Vedant Singh; Illuminators, comprising Vasuki Jardyal, Vedant, and Katta Radha Krishna; Sakura Kumo Chefs, with Akshita T and Shreya Sani; and Ecolush, featuring Vidhi and Grahita. The finalists delivered their presentations to a distinguished judging panel, which included Mr. Avinash Mysore Nagraj and Dr. Indu Sharma, Assistant Professor & Blended Learning Coordinator (FMS) at the Alliance School of Business.
Winning Team
The competition concluded with Team Illuminators emerging as the winner. The team members Vasuki Jardyal, Vedant, Katta Radha Krishna, Sarvadya, and Sahil Raj Verma, presented an impactful idea—a safety band designed to combat child trafficking. This innovative solution demonstrated the team's commitment to addressing critical social issues through entrepreneurial ventures.
