28 May, 2022
The Office of Career Advancement and Networking organised a campus to corporate transition event with a gala dinner to celebrate the successful placements of the graduating batch of B. Tech 2018-22. The leadership team of Alliance University joined the faculty and graduating students of Alliance College of Engineering and Design in their celebrations.
The event was like a walk down the memory lane for the students as well as the faculty about their journey from the time of their admissions to their challenges in learning during Covid and to successful placements with top notch companies as they graduate.
The event commenced with a thought-provoking address by the Pro-Chancellor, Mr. Abhay G. Chebbi followed with addresses from the other University officials and College of Engineering and Design faculty. Students graduating into the corporate came up on the stage to share their experiences at Alliance and the current placement cycle. The students were very appreciative of the efforts put in by the Office of Career Advancement and Networking in guiding and mentoring them towards successful placements and helping them with dream offers in globally renowned companies.
All students and faculty joined in to play a game of guesses that made the event an informal gathering of friends as they pass the portals of the University into a world that poses professional experiences and new journeys. Faculty members from Alliance College of Engineering and Design also shared their experiences with the B.Tech. students of the graduating batch.
The event concluded with a photograph session to have memories etched and a gala dinner as part of the celebratory event.
