The panel featured prominent speakers including Dr. Kumar Rajamani, Associate Director at Cropin (Agritech), Dr. Mridul Tiwari, Vice President at AssureCare LLC (Healthcare), Saraswati Kadel, Director at Movate (IT Services), and Vaishnavi Kudige, Senior Vice President in the Fintech sector. The experts discussed key challenges in digital transformation, such as addressing the growing talent gap in the industry, the importance of driving cultural change to enable successful digital adoption, and strategies for managing resistance to technology in sectors that rely on traditional processes.
