Mindful Insights: A Transformative Workshop:
A Workshop focusing on Mindful Insights, exploring mental and emotional well-being was held for the new BBA and B. Com students at the Alliance University on 31st August 2023, led by Ms. Sakshi Jauhari, (Counselling Psychologist, Alliance University). This transformative workshop was designed to illuminate the profound importance of mental and emotional well-being within the academic environment. Ms. Jauhari navigated the intricacies of the human psyche, emphasizing the significance of recognizing the root causes of psychological struggles early on. The workshop commenced with a comprehensive overview of common mental health concerns that students may encounter during their academic journey.
Recognizing the root cause of Psychological Struggles:
One of the standout aspects of this workshop was the open dialogue it fostered.
