The Human Resource Department of Alliance University Organizes Training and Fun Events for Faculty & Staff

The Human Resource Department of Alliance University organized a series of team-building activities called Fun Saturdays for employees in the city campuses of Alliance University. The activities that had all participants thoroughly engaged were a great success. The participants worked in teams to complete a series of fun challenges, including puzzles, games, and physical activities.
The atmosphere was electric, with lots of laughter, cheering, and friendly competition between teams. It was wonderful to see colleagues from different departments and teams coming together to build stronger relationships and learn more about each other.
The Department also conducted an online training program on ‘Design Thinking’ that was a great success, with active participation and positive feedback from the faculty and staff members. The program successfully achieved its objectives of enhancing participants' understanding of Design Thinking and equipping them with practical tools to apply these methodologies in their respective roles. The training program was conducted by Dr. Sukanya Kundu, Associate Professor & Area Chair – Operations Management, Alliance School of Business.
