Laughter is brightest in the place where the food is good. Aromas at the central campus is one such place where people find an escape to have laughs with each other while having great food.  A completely modernized Aromas with upcoming food joints serving multi-cuisine food was inaugurated on December 27, 2021. The food joints will serve Indian, Continental, Mediterranean, and Chinese cuisine.

During the inaugural ceremony, the Pro-Chancellor,  Mr. Abhay G. Chebbi reiterated the commitment of Alliance University to providing a quality living experience for the student community and University members within the campus with an array of new initiatives and avenues planned to make their campus stay a memorable one.

The Pro-Chancellor also mentioned about quality and hygiene of meals served at the food court and said that the University has identified CG Group - Shri Sukhsagar Hospitality Services to handle the catering services. The Group has a strong reputation of serving in renowned institutions including Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies -Indore; Infosys -Pune; NMIMS; Flame University -Pune; IIT -Mumbai (Mess Services), TCS - Gandhinagar; and Reliance Group.

After the inauguration, a lucky draw was held while the lunch was being served to the faculty and staff. Post Lunch, the winners were declared and prizes were distributed by the Pro-Chancellor.
