The Office of Career Advancement and Networking at Alliance University organized a mock group discussion and personal interview session for the MBA July 2023-25 batch. By integrating real-world corporate experience into the classroom, students gain valuable skills that enhance their employability.  

Engagement with Industry Professionals 

During this session, students engaged directly with industry professionals from 60 organizations across various specializations. These organizations conducted real-time interviews to evaluate the students' preparedness for the corporate world. The evaluations focused on different parameters, including group discussions and domain knowledge. Each student received marks based on a thorough assessment conducted by the participating professionals. 

Individual Feedback for Continuous Improvement 

The involvement of corporate representatives provided students with individual feedback on their interview performance. This feedback highlighted specific areas for improvement and offered practical tips to help students excel during future interviews. The students received this feedback positively, viewing it as an essential component of their ongoing development.
