The Astronomy Club of Alliance University embarked on an extraordinary journey to witness the historic launch of Chandrayaan 3. Led by Dr. Vipin Prasad, 44 students and 3 faculty members embarked on this exciting trip on July 14, 2023. After a captivating nighttime journey, they arrived at the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, where the atmosphere hummed with anticipation.

Engaging in pre-launch activities organized by ISRO, the students and faculty were enlightened by esteemed scientists and engineers about the significance of the Chandrayaan 3 mission. The climax of their journey was witnessing the spacecraft's liftoff, filling their hearts with pride and awe.

On their return journey, the group made a delightful detour to Pulicat Lake, savouring the tranquil beauty it offered. The Chandrayaan 3 launch trip served as a transformative experience, deepening their passion for astronomy and exploration.

The Astronomy Club returned to Alliance University with a renewed sense of wonder and inspiration, cherishing lasting memories and unbreakable bonds forged during this remarkable journey.
