Congratulations to the new MBA batch for their participation in the orientation program and for presenting their "Solutions to Achieving Sustainable Development Goals." It's impressive to see 80 teams actively engaging in the Preliminary Round, and it must have been a challenging task for the judges to shortlist only 8 teams for the final "Battle It Out" event.
The panel of internal judges, including Dr. Ray Titus, Dr. Abdul Hameed, Dr. Mrinmoy Bhattacharjee, Dr. Ramakrishna Salagrama, Dr. Uma Sreedhar, and Dr. Aparna Pavani, along with the two external judges, Mr. Vipin Kumar and Ms. Rakhee Cariappa, brought together a diverse set of perspectives to evaluate the presentations. Their expertise in various areas of business and management, as well as the agro-business and communications industries, would have provided valuable feedback and insights to the finalists.
A big round of applause to the winning team, Shipra, Karthikasri.G, Mihika Srivastava, Tanish Sharma, and Rizwan Ansari, for securing the gold award. Their remarkable presentation skills and innovative solutions to address the Sustainable Development Goals must have stood out among the competition.
Likewise, congratulations to the runner-up team, Sathya Gopal V, Nishanth R, Akash Singh, Srushika Rajan Vundrajavarapu, and Singh Swetakumari Naynanand, for earning the silver award. Their efforts and contributions to the event were recognized and appreciated.
And of course, the team comprising Manoj S, Sanchita Yadav, Adhya, Ritu Raj Kujur, and Sourabh Dixit deserves acknowledgement for securing the bronze award. Their commitment to presenting thoughtful solutions to the SDGs is commendable.
Such events play a crucial role in fostering innovation, critical thinking, and collaboration among students and provide a platform to address real-world challenges. Kudos to all the participants and the organizers for making this event a success.
