Alliance University welcomed the Young Leaders' Alliance (YLA) Batch 2024. The Young Leaders' Alliance (YLA) is a residential summer programme designed to provide immersive learning experiences to high school students (grades IX–XII) from India and abroad. Over the course of ten days, the programme aimed to engage young minds through interdisciplinary and experiential activities.
Collaboration with Global Faculty
Faculty members from renowned institutions worldwide, including Oxford, Stanford, IITs, and IIMs, have collaborated to design the YLA program. The curriculum addresses contemporary challenges and focuses on skill development essential in today's competitive environment.
Focus on Critical Skills
The program featured interactive sessions that nurtured critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. These sessions facilitated a seamless transition to higher education and the professional world. The diverse itinerary included skill workshops, career pathways, thematic sessions, group projects, fitness activities, cultural events, and personal branding, offering students a comprehensive learning experience.
Diverse Participation
The YLA May 2024 batch enrolled fifty students from various regions and schools. Participants came from Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Madhya Pradesh, Karnataka, Jaipur, and Maharashtra, spanning grades 9 to 12.
