Alliance University Signs an MoU with a Consortium of Corporate Members Under the Aegis of AMS India to Jointly Offer MBA in Digital Transformation

In its continuing efforts to equip its students with the necessary experience to be industry-ready, Alliance University signed an MoU with Advance Mechanical Services (AMS) India to offer ‘MBA in Digital Transformation’. The program will be jointly offered by Alliance University (Alliance School of Business and Alliance College of Engineering and Design) and a consortium of corporate members - ABB Robotics, Siemens, Systema (SAP), Adroitec Engineering Solutions (PTC Gold Partner) under the aegis of AMS India.
AMS India is a technology conglomerate that provides solutions and services to customers all over the world in the field of Automation and Engineering. The company has years of experience in areas like CAD/CAM/CAE/PLM, Design Engineering, Controls Engineering, Automation, Robotics programming, Manufacturing Process Planning and Management, Program/Project management, and Digital Manufacturing (specifically applicable to Automotive, Aerospace, Heavy Engineering and General Industries).
The course curriculum for the MBA Program has been designed with the principle of progressive learning, hands on experience, resources from industry – experts/tech-enabled systems along with software packages and license certifications. The students in the program will be exposed to experiential learning with extensive Tech facilities (IoT Lab, IoT Kits, Robotics, AR/VR Equipment, 3D Printers, etc.) within the university premises.
The Two-Year MBA Program will enable graduates to gain a deeper understanding of the intricacies of automation and its implementation in industry. The collaboration between industry and academia will provide students with the necessary skills required to implement the ideals of Industry 4.0, which seeks to bridge the gap between the cyber and physical aspects of the manufacturing process.

The MoU will strengthen the corporate connect of Alliance University and will catapult it to become a sought-after destination for industry-backed specialized courses.
