The Alliance College of Engineering and Design at Alliance University conducted a comprehensive three-day Faculty Development Program (FDP) from February 23 to 25, 2024. Dr. Joshoua Earnest, a distinguished figure in academia with a rich background as Former Professor and Head of EEE and Dean of Planning and Monitoring at NITTTR Bhopal-National Institute of Technical Teachers' Training and Research, Bhopal, led the FDP as the event expert. Drawing from his expertise, Dr. Joshoua guided faculty members towards developing curriculum structures aligned with industry benchmarks to offer competency-based learning to students.
