In its endeavor to strongly support exceptional student initiative, Alliance University, Bangalore recently hosted and organized the Alliance Carnival at its Central Campus, Anekal, Bangalore. Alliance Carnival—a national-level, intercollegiate student festival and cultural extravaganza was held on March 8-9, 2013 to celebrate the exuberance of youth and its talent in myriad forms. The event witnessed participation in the true spirit of fun, creativity, competitiveness and fiery enthusiasm by over 500 student-participants from 43 colleges.

The Alliance Carnival witnessed superb performances and achievements by student-participants in both technical and cultural competitions and showcased the very best that they had to offer in domain area expertise, cultural and artistic talent and photography, among others. The numerous competitions helped to hone the skills of leadership and team work, while involving student-participants to engage themselves in definite, wholesome and beneficial ways. The cultural extravaganza at the Alliance Carnival concluded with the music band Parikrama, which regaled the audience with their intense, electrifying performance.
