Vision

Our vision is to champion a culture of excellence in Higher Education Institutions by embedding and embracing all initiatives that enhance and sustain quality, both with internal and external support.

Objectives

Establish a mechanism to consistently and conscientiously drive action plans aimed at elevating the academic and administrative performance of the institution.

Foster a culture of quality within the institution by internalizing best practices and continuously enhancing institutional quality.

Strategies

  • Ensure timely, efficient, and progressive performance across academic, administrative, and financial units.
  • Adopt relevant and high-quality academic and research programs.
  • Guarantee equitable access and affordability of academic programs for diverse sections of society.
  • Optimize and integrate modern teaching and learning methods.
  • Maintain credible assessment and evaluation processes.
  • Ensure proper allocation, adequacy, and upkeep of support structures and services.
  • Promote the sharing of research findings and collaboration with other institutions in India and abroad.

Functions

  • Develop and apply quality benchmarks.
  • Set parameters for various academic and administrative activities within the institution.
  • Create a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty development, fostering knowledge and technology adoption for participatory teaching and learning.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from all stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
  • Disseminate information on various quality parameters to all stakeholders.
  • Organize intra- and inter-institutional workshops and seminars on quality-related themes and support quality circles.
  • Document various programs and activities leading to quality improvement.
  • Serve as the institution's central agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.
  • Develop and maintain an institutional database through Management Information Systems (MIS) to enhance institutional quality.
  • Periodically conduct Academic and Administrative Audits along with follow-up activities.
