It is with great pleasure and a sense of academic responsibility that we present Volume 10, Issue 1 of the International Journal of Law and Social Sciences (IJLS) bearing P-ISSN: 2454-8553 and E-ISSN: 2583-8644, the flagship double-blind peer-reviewed journal of the Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru.

This edition marks another milestone in the Journal’s enduring commitment to fostering high-quality research and intellectual discourse in the interconnected fields of law and social sciences. Following the success of the preceding volume, IJLS Volume 9, Issue 1 (2023), recognized for its inclusion in prestigious indices such as J-Gate, Manupatra, Heinonline, Google Scholar and SCC Online, this issue aspires to continue serving as an invaluable resource for academicians, practitioners, researchers, and students across the globe, promoting scholarly inquiry into critical socio-legal issues.
