Assistant Professor
Department of Economics
Payel Dutta holds an MSc. in Economics from Burdwan University (2006), West Bengal and has completed MBA in Marketing from Burdwan University (2013). She has qualified National Eligibility Test (NET) in December 2019. She has 15 years of teaching experience. She has worked with Asansol Girls’ College, West Bengal as lecturer and ICFAI Business School, Bangaluru as Assistant Professor in Economics department. She was the visiting faculty in the Law department at Kazi Nazrul University, West Bengal. She is pursuing her Ph.D. from Vinoba Bhave University, Hazaribag in Economics. Her areas of interest are Microeconomics, Development Economics and International Economics.
