Ms. Ramanpreet Kaur Sandhawalia

Ms. Ramanpreet Kaur Sandhawalia is an Assistant Professor with expertise in Intellectual Property Rights. She holds an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Rights from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at HNLU, focusing on the intersection of IPR and environmental law. She has also completed a PG Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from NLSIU, Bangalore, and is currently pursuing a Diploma in Environmental Law from NLSIU.
With over two years of teaching experience at Symbiosis Law School, Hyderabad, she has served as the Faculty In-Charge of the Center for Intellectual Property Rights and Advocacy (CIPRA) and the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society (ADRS), while also assisting with the Moot Court Association (MCA), Center for Consumer Rights and Marketing (CCRM), Library Committee, and NAAC Criteria I. She has actively mentored students for competitions, fostered analytical thinking, and organized national and intra-college competitions.
Prior to her tenure at Symbiosis, she worked as an Assistant Professor at Kalinga University, Raipur, and gained industry experience as a legal content writer at Finology Ventures Pvt. Ltd. Her research interests span IPR, Environmental Law, Consumer Rights, Constitutional Law, and Competition Law. Passionate about academia and student development, she continues to contribute to legal scholarship and pedagogy.
