Ms Ishita Sarkar is a dedicated academician and she has submitted her Doctoral Thesis titled as “A Study On Certain Topological Indices And Related Polynomials In Graphs” at CHRIST (Deemed to be University), Bengaluru (2021-2024). Her research interest is in the field of Graph Theory.
Her work focuses on the theoretical areas of invariants of molecular graphs relating bounds, graph operations and topological indices. In the medicinal industry, the work also analyses the quantitative structure-property relationship between topological indices and physico-chemical drug properties. Her research pursuits have led to several publications in journals of good repute. She has attended and presented her research work in many national and international conferences.
