Ms. Ancy P Anto

Ms. Ancy is pursuing her PhD at Christ Deemed to be University, with a research focus on Intellectual Property Law and Space Law. Ancy holds an LLM in Intellectual Property and Trade Law from Christ University, where she graduated in 2020, and a BBA LL.B from KLE Society’s Law College, Bengaluru, completed in 2019.

 Previously, at Presidency University, she coordinated several academic initiatives, including the Pro Bono Club, Mentor Mentee Criteria, and the Career Counselling and Guidance Cell. She taught a range of subjects, such as Public International Law, Property Law, Law of Evidence, Intellectual Property Law, Legal Writing, and Jurisprudence.

Ancy was an Assistant Professor at St. Joseph’s College of Law, Bangalore, where she coordinated the Research Cell and Literary Committee and organized a National Interdisciplinary Conference on Food Security. She also served as the Chief Editor of the college magazine “Legally Speaking.” Ancy has previous experience as a Lecturer at Christ Academy Junior College, Bangalore, and as a Legal Consultant at Saji Zacharias & Associates, where she assisted in drafting, researching, and court-appointed commissions.
