Mr. Neelesh comes with a Masters of Arts in Design Management. He is a User Experience Designer with extensive experience in research, strategy, and design across various industries. He has extensive experience in collaborating with clients to define research objectives and develop wireframes and prototypes. Previously, at Citi Group, he led UX ideation sessions and design sprints, conducted quantitative analysis of customer experiences, and improved engagement and application rates through usability testing and design enhancements. His work at Citi.com resulted in a 40% rise in Hero engagement and a significant increase in user application rates.

Prior to Citi Group, he worked with Democracy Lab as a UX Researcher, using diverse tools to enhance app usability. At Deloitte-SCADPro, he led product design research to generate personas and journey maps. His roles at Shivalik Prints, Black Mango Fashion, Landmark Group, and Future Group involved market research, user research, high-fidelity visual designs, and creating strategic business frameworks. He has a proven track record of leading design teams, fostering collaboration, and implementing innovative design solutions that drive business growth and enhance user experiences.
