Mr. Asif Imran

Alliance School of Liberal Arts and Humanities
Assistant Professor Mr. Asif Imran teaches Visual Arts at the Alliance School of Liberal Arts, Faculty of Liberal Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences. Previously, he was also a part of the Kolkata Centre for Creativity (KCC) Art Fellowship 2020-21 and the Goonj Fellowship 2022-23. He completed his Master of Fine Arts from the Faculty of Applied Art, Rabindra Bharati University, Kolkata.
Other Achievements:
- He worked on a Visual Art Project titled "Mahanagar (The City)" under the KCC Art Fellowship program.
- He received the Hyundai Motors India Foundation - Art for Hope Grant 2021-22.
Awards won:
- Tecita Dean Award by Art Incept, 2023.
- Abir First Take Annual Exhibition Award by Abir India, 2021.
- Next Breed Critic’s Choice Award by Nippon Contemporary, 2021.
He has also participated in many exhibitions, including:
