Mr. Aaditya Arora

Assistant Professor

Aaditya Arora is currently pursuing PhD in Antitrust Laws from IIULER, Goa. His primary areas of interest are Media Laws, Labour Laws, Antitrust Laws and Constitutional Laws.

He completed his UG in Law from NLU Delhi in 2019 and PG from Manipal University in 2022. He is an avid researcher on Heckler's Veto having an understanding on how speech affects equality of access and diversity.He wishes to promote accessible education ventures and encourages students to participate in Moot Courts and other Co Curricular Activities to deepen the understanding of learners. He is continuously involved in enriching his understanding of innovative teaching methods and their application.

In the past he has assessed and judged several competitions like the 3rd JUSTICE J.S. VERMA MEMORIAL NATIONAL ADRCC COMPETITION & NAVITAS – NATIONAL LAW FEST 2023, Preliminary Rounds of PHILIP C. JESSUP INTERNATIONAL LAW MOOT COURT COMPETITION, 2023 and several others. He was invited as Guest Speaker on OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY, HEALTH AND WORKING CONDITIONS CODE 2020 at WORKSHOP ON NEW LABOUR CODES AND INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS organized Pacific School of Law, Pacific Academy of Higher Education and Research in 2023 and also delivered an Online Lecture on "OBSCENITY AND MEDIA LAWS". He was selected as the Best Speaker at BR Trikha Memorial National Moot Court Competition organised by Delhi University in 2019 and also received the 2nd Best Memorandum in the Ninth NLU Antitrust Law Moot Court Competition in 2018.

Apart from scholarly aspects he is keenly into sports and poetry.
