Dr. Swetha N. is an accomplished academic and artist, known for her interdisciplinary expertise and contributions to both education and the performing arts. As an Associate Professor, she teaches a variety of subjects including Strategy, Sustainability, Positive Psychology, Organization Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Training & Development. Her teaching philosophy integrates her extensive academic knowledge with her artistic passion, providing a holistic and engaging learning experience for her students.
She holds a Doctorate in Management from the University of Mysore, where she specialized in "Qualitative Analysis in the field of Netnography," a niche area within Social Media and Business Analytics. Her scholarly work has been recognized with multiple best paper awards from esteemed universities and management institutes, underscoring her significant contributions to academic research.
In addition to her academic achievements, Dr. Swetha N. is a certified Dance Movement Therapy Facilitator, accredited by UNESCO and CMTAI. This certification highlights her dedication to leveraging the therapeutic aspects of dance to enhance well-being and foster personal development.
Dr. Swetha N. is also an internationally renowned Bharatanatyam dancer, having performed over 7,000 times worldwide. Her excellence in dance has been acknowledged through prestigious accolades such as the Aryabhata International Award in Dance. She is a graded artist on Doordarshan, India's national television network, further cementing her status as a distinguished performer.
Beyond her individual accomplishments, Dr. Swetha N. is actively involved with the award-winning NGO Sri Vivekananda Kala Kendra, which promotes cultural and artistic endeavours. Her contributions to this organization reflect her commitment to using the arts as a means of social and cultural enrichment.
