• Introduced "B.E. Aeronautical Engineering" program with 60 student intake in Academic Year 2019-20.
• Established VTU-approved research center for four departments (CS, EC, ME & CV) in Academic Year 2019-20, with a two-year extension (AY 2020-21 & AY 2021-22).
• Got approval from MSME as 'Host Institute' for 'Business Incubator' on January 6th, 2020, leading to submission of 16 business idea proposals.
• Approval obtained to initiate "Institution’s Innovation Council" (IIC) from MHRD in September 2019, resulting in various successful programs and activities.
• Conducted a two-week FDP on LaTex in association with IIT Bombay in May 2020, engaging 1150 faculty members nationwide and receiving appreciation from IIT Bombay.
