Dr. Semsang D. Bomzon holds a Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Management Shillong, specializing in the area of Economics and Public Policy. She also holds a degree in M.Sc. Economics (Development Studies) from Symbiosis School of Economics, Pune. She has qualified the UGC NET in Economics and has been teaching economics courses at the post-graduate level.
Dr.Bomzon’s research focus is shaped by theories on return migration, entrepreneurship and regional development. In this regard, she has presented her work at multiple international conferences. She has also published in reputed journals.
