Dr. Sandilyan Ramanujam Pagaldiviti is amongst the first few Chefs in India to have been awarded his doctorate from IGNOU in 2017. He teaches Basic Food Production, Regional Indian Cuisines, International Cuisines, Food Costing, F&B Management, Hospitality HRM and Tourism Subjects. He has completed his Masters in Tourism Management From IGNOU, Master of Philosophy in Tourism Management from MKU and DHMCT&AN from IHM – Kolkata. He has also completed a Diploma in HRM and Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies from Alison in addition to numerous other online certifications. Dr. Sandilyan has completed four executive education programmes from Ecole Hoteliere Lausanne, Switzerland in areas of F&B, Gastronomy, Financial Management and Food Costing.
