Dr. Rama L is a distinguished academic and professional with a rich blend of qualifications and extensive experience spanning over 20 years in teaching, research, and industrial interaction. Dr. Rama possesses multidisciplinary expertise.
Dr. Rama L has been awarded Ph.D. from the School of management studies, Cochin University of science and technology. She was the University first rank holder in the M.B.A. program from Cochin University of science and technology. She has 10 degrees to her credits Masters in Mathematics, Applied psychology and Business administration. She also holds Post graduate diplomas in applied operations research, software-based statistical analysis, and school leadership management. And finally holds B.Ed., and B.Sc., Mathematics as well. She has several publications in national and international journals. She has published books on Quantitative techniques for management students. She has a patent published on “A novel method for the use of cloud HR system in banking sector in India.” She is a resource person in Research methodology and statistical data analysis using SPSS and AMOS. She has conducted several webinars in research and data analysis. She is also a motivational speaker and interview skills trainer.
In her illustrious career, she has made significant contributions to academia and industry. As the Founder and Principal Consultant of RSR Research Solution, she has provided expert guidance on various research projects, while also coordinating impactful initiatives like the 'Parivartan' and 'KILA' projects. Her contributions to the field extend to delivering lecture series in Human Resource Management for LearnixMBA, accessible on platforms like YouTube, and coaching aspirants for MBA entrance exams, including MAT and CAT, through reputed institutes like ASPIRE and TIME.
Dr. Rama is highly regarded for her expertise in research methodology and data analysis, having served as a resource person for numerous webinars, guest lectures, and workshops in these domains. She has also authored and presented several research papers at prominent conferences, further establishing their academic credentials.

- Published a book on Quantitative Techniques for Management.
- Patent published on “A novel method for the use of cloud HR system in banking sector in India.”
- Presented a paper on “An empirical study on financial literacy and the need for financial education among the youth” in the international conference on Fintech Innovation organized by the faculty of management & commerce of PES University, Bengaluru held during 30th November-1st December 2023. (Best Paper Award).

- Kabaddi - represented North Madras Zone.
- Ball-badminton – district player.
- Won prizes in Throw events- shot-put, discus, javelin, caroms, tennis, volleyball throwball, basketball, drama, and cookery at the school and college levels.
- Won the title of Miss Bharathi at the college level contest. (Beauty contest)
