Dr. Rachana Choudhari is a dedicated academic professional with extensive teaching experience in law across several esteemed institutions in India. She teaches Family Law, Property Law, Contract Law, Partnership and Sale of Goods Act etc. Her academic journey spans over two decades, including tenures at prestigious universities like Marwadi University, ICFAI University, and Nirma University. Post-Doctoral Fellowship: International Post-Doctoral Programme in “New Technologies and Law” at the Mediterranea International Centre for Human Rights Research, Italy (2021–2022). Ph.D. (Law): Dr. B.R. Ambedkar University, Agra (2011). LL.M., LL.B., B.Sc., and diplomas in Company Law and Labour Law from MLS University, Udaipur.
