Dr. Md Baharul Islam

Associate Professor

Alliance School of Law

Dr. Md Baharul Islam holds a Ph.D. in International Space Law from Raiganj University (A State Govt. University), West Bengal, India. He earned a Master of Laws (LL.M) with a gold medal from Jaipur National University, Rajasthan and a B.A., LL.B.(H) from Tripura University (A Central University) Tripura.

With over eight years and eight months of teaching experience at both UG and PG levels, has also practiced law at the High Court of Tripura more than two and half years. An accomplished author, he has written one book, contributed two chapters to edited volumes, and published numerous articles in reputed journals. His research interests include International Space Law, Cyber Law, and Intellectual Property Rights. He has guided multiple LL.M dissertations and contributed significantly to curriculum development and institutional growth.
