Dr. Manish Chaudhary

Dr. Manish Chaudhary obtained his doctoral degree from the Department of Mathematics & Computing at the Indian Institute of Technology (ISM) Dhanbad. His doctoral thesis was titled "Mathematical Study of Pollutant Transport Behavior in Geological Formations". He holds a postgraduate degree in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, where he was awarded the BHU Gold medal for achieving the first position in the M.Sc. Mathematics Examination.
He has successfully cleared several national-level examinations, including CSIR-NET/JRF (with an All-India Rank of 38) and GATE. During his Ph.D. journey, he received the Inder Mohan Thapar Research (IMTR) Award for his outstanding research publications during the Calendar Year 2021. This recognition was presented at the 97th Foundation Day of IIT(ISM) Dhanbad.
Prior to joining Alliance University in August 2023, he served as a Research Associate in the Department of Mathematics at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Dr. Chaudhary has authored numerous research articles in esteemed journals and has actively participated in national and international conferences, where he presented his research papers. His research interests encompass various areas of Applied and Computational Mathematics, with a specific focus on Contaminant Transport Modeling within the Groundwater system.
