Dr. Heena Bhardwaj

Dr. Heena Bhardwaj holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from Faculty of Management Studies, (FMS) Delhi University and an MBA in Human Resources Management (HRM). She comes with many years of experience in teaching students at postgraduate and graduate levels.

Dr. Heena has various research articles and publications in journals of repute. She has conducted several training sessions on self-awareness, transactional analysis, personality analysis, emotional intelligence, work values, positive attitude at workplace, team-building and leadership development for participants from organisations such as Power Grid of India, Punjab and Sind Bank and Sky Line Power Solutions to name a few. She is passionate about facilitating the teaching learning processes for achieving the program objectives. She takes keen interest in student development, providing them with a balanced mix of exposure to various opportunities in HRM.
