Dr. Aishwarya Shrivastava

Aishwarya Shrivastava is a distinguished academician, researcher, and mentor with a deep commitment to education and research. She completed her Ph.D. in Applied Economics and Business Management under the Faculty of Commerce in 2025 and was awarded the prestigious Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) by UGC. She holds an MBA in Business Analytics from IMT Ghaziabad, an M. Com in Marketing Management, and a B. Com (Honours), along with qualifying JRF in Commerce and NET in Management, showcasing her academic excellence.

She has extensive experience as an Assistant Professor, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students and designing engaging, research-driven curricula. She has also mentored UGC NET students. Her teaching philosophy integrates critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and industry-focused learning, ensuring students are well-prepared for academic and professional success.

Aishwarya has published multiple research papers in reputed national and international journals, focusing on fintech, digital transactions, cashless economies, and blockchain technology. Some of her notable publications include:
