Dr. A. Abdul Hameed is a seasoned academician and finance expert with over 22 years of experience in teaching, research, and academic administration. Currently serving as Professor & Associate Dean at Alliance School of Business, Alliance University, Bangalore, he has played a pivotal role in shaping finance and accounting education at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. With a distinguished career spanning multiple leadership roles, including Head of Academic Operations, Area Chair of Finance, and Academic Program Head, he has been instrumental in strategic policy-making, curriculum development, faculty planning, and industry collaborations. His expertise lies in corporate finance, financial reporting, cost management, and tax planning, with a strong research background comprising publications in renowned journals and conference presentations in various national & international conferences. He has also contributed to academia as a resource person at different prestigious universities and has actively engaged in national-level seminars and faculty development programs. Passionate about advancing business education and financial research, Dr. Hameed continues to drive academic excellence, institutional growth, and industry partnerships at Alliance University.
