Sujitesh Das is a dynamic leader and HR expert with over two decades of experience across strategic human resources, operational excellence, and digital innovation. Currently, he is the Creator & CEO of Badgefree LLP, a Human Equity Investment Marketplace, and Managing Director at aidKRIYA, a social venture supporting individuals with autoimmune diseases. His entrepreneurial journey spans five years, complemented by a significant career as an HR practitioner with expertise in corporate marketing, talent acquisition, organizational development, and shared services.

Das’s corporate tenure includes roles like Chief Operating Officer at HealthWorksAI, where he oversees corporate marketing, HR, and operational functions, and Senior Vice President of Global HR at Microland, leading roles in organizational development, global workforce management, and HR strategy. During his time at Microland, he was instrumental in achieving a 12x revenue growth and expanding talent by 3x. His initiatives, such as creating the award-winning global employee app, "MicrolandOne," and establishing foundational HR functions across new markets, earned him several accolades, including the Chairman's Award and recognition from the National HRD Network.

Earlier in his career, Das held senior HR roles at Cognizant, where he led recruitment, ERP implementations, and talent management, and HCL, where he supported corporate HR planning. His experience also includes spearheading recruitment drives, building HR functions across geographies, and developing talent acquisition and rewards strategies for new regions.

An active faculty and thought leader, Das has accumulated over 650 teaching hours as an adjunct faculty member at top institutions like IIMs, MICA, and Symbiosis. His courses span diverse topics, including strategic HRM, total rewards, DEI, design thinking, and gamification, influencing a new generation of HR professionals. As an author and global digital ambassador for the World Assessment Council, he champions literacy and contributes to thought leadership on diversity and inclusion.

Das holds an MBA in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations from XLRI, Jamshedpur, and a BE in Computer Science from MNNIT, Allahabad.
