Prof. Col Prasanna Kumar teaches Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship Development and Strategic Leadership at Alliance Ascent College as Adjunct Professor in General Management Area. He has done Executive MBA from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and holds two PG Diplomas in the areas of Logistics and Resource Management, and Public Relations.
He has served in Indian Army for 22 years as a Logistician and now dons multiple hats of a serial Entrepreneur, a Corporate Trainer, Philanthropist and Professor. He is Founder-Director of BizCat Management Consulting Pvt. Ltd., Peaks Transnational EdTech Pvt. Ltd and Hospiracare Pvt. Ltd.
- Conducted Leadership training for over 4000 mid-level and senior level executives across various industries in last 12 years of corporate life.
- Created and delivered multiple editions of his signature program, “Women Leaders of Tomorrow”, especially designed for Women in business leadership roles.
- Obtained a certification in Psychometric Analysis and Consultancy, and implementing its usage in corporate training programs.
- Resource person and Guest speaker for several academic and corporate events for over a decade.
