Dr R Narayanaswamy holds M Com, MBA, M Phil, & Ph. D. He has 31 + years of teaching (18,000+ hours), training and consulting experience in the field of finance. He recently stepped down from S P Jain School of Global Management (Dubai, Mumbai, Singapore, Sydney campuses) as Area Head – Finance. As an Adjunct & Visiting faculty he associated with Christ University, NMIMS, FLAME University, BIM, ICFAI Business School, Alliance University, AMITY Online, Jaipuria Institute of Management, ISME, Amrita AHEAD and many more in the past and present. He was also a consultant with TimesPro.

Since 1993, he has been into executive, consulting, and academic roles. After his active association with leading Non-Banking Finance Companies for six years, he became an Independent Consultant and trainer to carry on his own consulting, training, and teaching assignments with various B Schools and companies.

He is also formally trained in “Equity Research and Corporate Valuation” by Amba Research (presently Acuity Knowledge Partners). As a part of Corporate-academia interface, he associated with ICICI Bank sponsored program on “Wealth Management” at Pattaya, Thailand.
