Dr. Angela Trego is a dynamic leader, educator, and consultant with over two decades of diverse experience in engineering, management, and education. With a passion for fostering growth and unlocking potential, she empowers technical professionals, educators, and students by addressing imposter syndrome, enhancing soft skills, and delivering motivational training sessions. Dr. Trego specializes in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math (STEM) disciplines, equipping educators with innovative teaching strategies to foster student engagement and confidence.
Dr. Trego has held senior leadership roles in Fortune 500 companies, where she contributed to groundbreaking projects in aerospace, medical devices, and advanced materials. Her tenure in academia includes positions as an associate professor and department chair, during which she developed engineering programs, led outreach initiatives, and spearheaded curriculum innovation. Her unique blend of technical expertise and leadership experience has allowed her to address critical challenges in engineering education, first-line management, and the advancement of women in STEM fields.
In addition to her academic and corporate roles, Dr. Trego is the founder and president of RSR Research Solution, where she provides consulting, training, and motivational speaking services. She is recognized for her ability to inspire organizations to enhance their capabilities and for her effectiveness in building essential skills for individuals and teams.

- Practical Aeronautics (2008–2022): Structures Director, delivering aeronautics training courses to professionals in aviation.
