Alternate Dispute Resolution Boot Camp

Alliance University is organizing an alternate dispute resolution boot camp which will explore how in-house counsel can utilize project management in the dispute resolution process to encourage efficiency and cost-savings. A panel of in-house attorneys and experts in mediation and arbitration will address how project management communication strategies, risk assessment, process mapping and project look-backs are ideal ways to manage claims and evaluate lessons learned.
