Resolute Minds: The Resolute Minds, functioning under the Alliance Centre for Alternative Dispute Resolution (ACADR) at the Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, is a dedicated curriculum club committed to the advancement of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) practices. Club Objectives

  • Develop and implement comprehensive programs to educate students, legal professionals, and the wider community about the various forms of ADR, including mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and conciliation.
  • Host mock arbitration and mediation competitions to simulate real-world ADR scenarios, enabling participants to develop and refine their dispute resolution skills.
  • Support and promote research initiatives focused on the latest developments and challenges in the field of ADR, encouraging innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Organize round table discussions with ADR practitioners, legal scholars, and industry experts to provide networking opportunities and foster professional relationships.
  • Conduct workshops and awareness campaigns to educate small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on legal compliance and the benefits of ADR, helping them resolve disputes efficiently and amicably.
