As a part of the various initiatives made by Alliance University to bring the industry and academia closer together, the Office of Career Advancement & Networking in association with NHRD Bengaluru Chapter organized the a ‘Thought Leadership Meet’ on the topic of "Future of HR; Analytics, AI & Humanity."

The Bangalore chapter of NHRD was established in the year 1989, an autonomous, not-for-profit professionally managed organization, playing a catalyst role in grooming leaders for tomorrow. Their key objective is to augment knowledge and skills relevant to HRD, its philosophy, processes and implementation, through exploration and experimentation and to develop and maintain standards of professional excellence in HRD.

The subject of discussion focused on learning as a quality that must be maintained throughout one's life in order to maintain relevance and have an impact on both people and businesses. Witnessing the power of collective intellect applied to such an interesting issue was an amazing and eye-opening experience.

The event was attended by HR professionals from a wide variety of organizations and sectors, and they participated in a thought-provoking debate on the intriguing topic of HR and technology. The event had industry speakers such as Manoj Kumar, Founder of State of Mind AI; Varsha Singh, Director of HR Analytics & HR Business Partner at APAC, Epsilon; Ramesh Alluri, VP & Business Head of Adecco Group and this was moderated by Ranjit TP, Head of Recruitment for Volvo India.
