The Journal provides open access to its papers based on the belief that knowledge and information are freely disseminated to the global community.

The Journal accepts submissions on various arenas of Corporate and Commercial Law. Preference would be given to quality and content-based research outcomes in various niche spheres of Corporate and Commercial Law and allied areas.

The Journal is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License, which allows distribution, unrestricted use and reproduction in any medium, share alike, for non-commercial use. It is also to note that all the works utilised or shared must be cited with the original source.

Alliance Journal of Corporate and Commercial Law (AJCCL) permits readers to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of its articles, as well as use them for any other lawful purpose in accordance with Fair-use guidelines. The submissions should not infringe the copyright or any other right of a third party, if so, the journal disclaims any responsibility for copyright violation or any other liability whatsoever. The Alliance School of Law, Alliance University, Bengaluru shall be the sole copyright owner of all the published materials.

The submitted manuscript must be original and free from plagiarism contents. All the submissions will go through a rigorous similarity finder tool.

This Journal charges No Article Submission fees or Article Publication fees.

The Journal takes around 52 weeks from the date of submission till publication.

All submissions would undergo a rigorous research-based scrutiny by academicians or specialists in the related areas and under the supervision of Editor-in-Chief / Editors. It would be a blind, double peer review, based on well-charted out criteria approved by the Editorial Board of the research journal.
